About Michelle.....

I'm MicAhelle Egan, founder of The Wellroom Acupuncture in Bray. I'm a qualified Chinese Medicine and acupuncture practitioner and a member of the AFPA.

My approach combines Traditional Chinese Medicine with a broader understanding of lifestyle, nutrition and movement. I also hold a qualification in European Lifestyle Medicine and have over 20 years' experience teaching yoga and movement.

I have undertaken specialist training in acupuncture support for people affected by cancer and have experience providing complementary acupuncture support through ARC Cancer Support. This is an area of particular interest to me, and one in which I continue to develop my knowledge and experience.

I have also undertaken advanced postgraduate training in distal acupuncture, including the Balance Method and Master Tung acupuncture, as well as specialist techniques including scalp acupuncture and electro-acupuncture. I continue to develop my clinical skills through ongoing professional training.

My aim is simple: to provide thoughtful, individualised care in a welcoming environment, with each treatment tailored to the person and their needs.
